I think she would want the boy to act like another girl would, absolutely normal. If girls can be friends and be normal why cant girls and boys be friends and be normal. Girls needs boys as good friends they can count on and be protective of them like brothers -to fend for them.

tell her what she really mean to world and what the world is holding for her...
SEX is also the part of this new world and it should also be taught her but with certain steps cause we know"Rome was not built in a day" then how could a girl turn into women in a day.....
