curves is if u have not been active ever and it's your first time doing any type of exercises but once just body get use to it,u will have to do something diffrent,me personally i worked for a year in curves and to be honest i didnt see many fit people joining and the people that where there and got in shape did the curves workout 5x a week and a very strict diet,but over all curves is better than sitting home an not do anything...

I think Curves is okay. I have been a member for 2 years but I am thinking of letting my membership expire. The people with the biggest benefit seem to be the ones who have not been physically active before. I think working out there is better than nothing, but I am just getting bored with it. Wish there was a Jazzercise class around here!

I would stay clear of curves......the way that I understand the workout..... they have you move quickly through the motions, which is in my opinion just an injury waiting to happen

Yes, as long as you are committed and go at least 4 times a week.

You'll get better results if you change your diet alittle as well.

over here in california, its ok. they tend to be a bit smaller and not not really into the weights as they are into cardio and classes. so, if your into that sort of thing, i would say go for it.
