I do not get any error message. The site just doesn't open. I uninstalled I E 7, as I was told it could be the problem.

Are you the main administrator on the computer or do you
do you share the computer with anyone else?

For the administrator can prohibit or deny access to specific sites.

Somthing else that could be causing this to happen, you stated you downloaded IE7 then deleted it to go back to IE6.

Try running windowsupdate to see if all the necessary updates have been installed.

I don't know of IE7, I have whatever one Windows XP has. I use Firefox 2.0. Tab browsing, lots of cool extensions for link checking and other toolbars and stuff. It blocks out just about all popups, spyware, and has an extension for adblocking. I have been using for about 8 months. I find some of my own bookmarks don't work after a while. Maybe due to deleted cookies? Legitimate sites should work. Others, say, ones kids shouldn't see may change over time and may fail to work.

Hi. Double check your ActiveX and Java script settings. Some sites require them.
