Im sorry but you cant, creditors are listed as TradeLines on your report. This shows that you have creditiors that have worked with you in the past and has an affect on your credit rating. The up to date credit report will show that the account has been paid off, how many lates that you have over 30, 60, 90, 120 days and greater. In a few years the info will be expunged so its a waiting game. Information is not removed from the report unless in is proved in writing to be incorrect so...if you were late on paying and paid it off, it will show as late payments and then paid off.

Hi!
This other person is correct ^^^ you can't. That's why it is so important for people to understand if you are going to agree to pay a charge-off..get it in writing that they will remove it altogether from your credit report..no "paids". Paids make no difference in your credit score than unpaids.

I know that's not what you want to hear..but it is the truth.
Even worse..you have restarted the seven year clock with those payments..and that is not right...but that's the way things are.

I am truly sorry.

Request a letter from whomever affected your credit to say that you have cleared payment for the overdue amounts.
I believe you can just send that letter to the credit bureau and they will note it, it's that or you have to get the 'whomever affected your credit' to send it directly to them, but I would definetly request a copy.
You might want to put a call into the credit bureau to find out from them exactly what you would need to do.
Hope that helps :-)
