How can I retrieve unsaved Word documents?

I use Microsoft Word 2007, and accidentally exited it without saving a document that I had been working on. Is it possible to retrieve it?

go to last opened file on the date

If you have the "Recovery Console" for Word Installed, It might recover it, if not then insert the Office CD and install it. Good Luck

Check if Autorecover was on and the frequency of saving. If it was off, I think you're buggered.
