Would you still spend all day in the Religion and Spirtuality catagory arguing in vain with a bunch of believers?

I'm not an atheist, but yes they would. I have had four debates so far, and not one atheist has won yet!

being an Atheist and Non Believer is still an issue of Religion and Sprituality.
So why should there be a separate group?
Besides wouldn't all the Religious people go over to said new group just to show why the Atheists are wrong for not believing in

This section is entitled 'Religion and Spirituality', NOT 'Religious or Spiritual People'. Anyone with ANY beliefs can have an opinion on and discuss the SUBJECTS of Religion and Spirituality, and therefore, atheists are already in the appropriate section.

Believers in what? There are Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, and Pagans here as well as Christians and atheists.
Furthermore, I'm sure quite a few "believers" would be over there, too, witnessing to them or just wanting to learn more. I know I would be, because I am a Pagan with atheist friends and a much-beloved atheist spouse.

Well, what views would the Athiets and Nonbelievers share, i mean, they all believe the same so thay cant really argue their case or tell other ppl or ask them questions about how to be, can they?
I think it would b a little boring.

Just because we don't believe in your God does not mean we don't have spirituality. But yes I would still answer question here if they had a room for Atheist and Pagans.

Because you know what? If Y!A opened such a section, the Bible & Qu'ran thumpers would be over there as well.
Don't believe me? Check the biology, astronomy, and GLBT sections. They're already there thumping their books.

This is NOT the Christian only section. Get used to it. This is the Religion and Spirituality section. Believe it or not, there IS more than Christianity out there.

Spirituality is a broad term that can include Atheists as well. So stop picking on the Atheists and others who don't share your view point. Everyone has the right to be here so SHUT UP!
