the body and its ability to lift things and get stronger is really quite a broad spectrum. to simply say, "i look like i need so much muscle toning" tells us nothing. Like someone said jokingly, you probably need some muscle toning.

just keep lifting, keep doing cardio, eat right, and you should see results in 5-8 weeks.

attaining the body you want is a long process and you just cant get frustrated so easily. Keep going, and you'll be fine.

I'm 6' on the dot as well, and weigh somewhere between 185-190... pretty much right at the 25 BMI mark and without working out I tend to look rather, especailly if I dip below that 185 mark.

My first tip would be to consider bulking up through targetted strength training and actually *gaining* about 10-15 lbs along the way so you can build new muscle mass as you go.

Are you working out at all? Being tall you have longer muscles it takes longer to build up, but get on the workout program.

Could just be that's how you're built.
Do you exercise regularly? You might want to join a gym or take some classes so you can Accentuate your best features.

Such a vague question, do you you need to tone or build your muscle? If you need specific advice please ask. 175lb at your height is healthy.

the problem could be that you dont work out. Or that you need to gain mass.
