I workout all week for an hour each time and then slack off on the weekends.....seems to keep me where I want to be =)

i workout anywhere from 5-7 days a week. the time various between an hour to 2.5 hrs. I do a little bit of everything when i workout during the week strength training and cardio

Hi i go 5 times a week mostly going on the treadmill for running and the crosstrainer ,i like to burn 1000 calories each time i go .

i work out 6x a week for 90 Min's between cardio 50 Min's and and strengh training 35min's and the streching 5 min's...
