if he makes a lot of eye contact with you and smiles at you, then its a good sign, but not a complete indication that he likes you.

either i just SUCK and telling if i guy likes me by his expressions, or they just don't do that cuz i just found out a guy i've known for a couple yrs likes me and i NEVER would've guessed even tho i hung out a lot with him

If he continues to look you in the eyes and appears to be aroused just by the lookds then you know he's into you.
