A pair of men's underwear.
I put this on my friend's list, and amazingly enough she got them. It was the highest-point item on the list. She just asked a random guy, and he reached into his pants and tore (yes, tore) them off. Gross. But funny.

I went to a bachelorette with a scavenger hunt. Do you want to know the hardest thing to get....a condom (not used) from a guy. The list had a guy's underwear, a phone number from a married/taken guy and a single guy, an autograph of a guy who's birthday is the month (or day) of the wedding, two guys to buy the bride a drink, a piggyback ride.... Yet no guy would give up a condom. The rest of it, no problem.

Is this like the bar scavenger hunt? I made T-shirt that was focused on the girl getting married - her comfort level, and things that I knew would be slightly difficult for her, but would provide some entertainment.
One was drink a shot of every color ROY G BIV (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet). That was a fun one.
You want to make sure that it is personable for the bride to be. That is what makes it fun.
For instance, if the bride to be has a fear of buying condoms at the store (it's embarassing), then have her ask for a condom from a stranger.
SIDE NOTE: Do not make her do anything that would compromise the wedding (kiss a stranger, get a guys boxers, etc).

You could do a photo scavenger hunt. Have each team use a digital camera and give them the same list of things to have photo evidence of one or all girls doing: -all the girls in the team sitting on the bar -dance with the oldest guy in the bar -picture with one or all girls and a police officer -picture with a bachelor on his bachelor party ... and so on. Just anything goofy, fun and not too terribly difficult. Make sure to wear shirts, boas, sashes, or anything that distinguishes you as a bachelorette party so that people don't think you are crazy!

I just went to a bachelorette party and one of the girls made a necklace for the bride to be with different things she had to do on it. The necklace was just a ribbon with a large safety pin on the bottom. The "dares" were written on small pieces of paper and were hung from the safety pin. She wrote dares like: touch a mullet, ask a guy his sexual fantasy, get a pair of boxers, spank a guy, etc. Of course you could write dares that fit with the bride to be since you are making them up yourself. Plus its low cost!
Another fun thing we did is blow up a picture of her fiance and play pin the penis on his picture. All the girls drew their own penis on a sheet of paper, then put tape on the back, were blindfolded, spun around and had to try to tape it on the picture where his, well you know would be. The best part is we did it at the hotel and decided it would be funny to leave it on the window with the shades drawn. The hotel maid must have got a great laugh out of that one.
