The countries men are paying taxes out of their hard earned income and a large percentage of it is spending on Arms and Ammunitatios. If the same amount is spent on education, science and technology, human development and environment conservation, then it will be more beneficial for the society of developing and under developed countries. it is because they all fear the states and their arsenal - we all know that the states shoots first and asks questions later, and the only way to protect one's country from this international bully is to arm up. It is truly sad what the states is doing to the world, but I think they prefer the world to be an uneducated and unhappy place, so that they can say, at least we're better off than this or that other country.
