I would stop them from doing that. Even seperate them.For one that is called incest. #2 Because they are related and lets say that they did have sex the child could come out deformed. You need to educate your friend about this and let your friend know that this is wrong. Socity looks down on this. Please step in and let the other parent know. I hope that this gets resolved

They are at a very curious age but it's wrong. Is your friend a girl or boy? Either way they should not be doing anything. Even 4th cousins, which is very distant and sometimes not even considered related, shouldn't be doing anything. There are so many problems, both legally and morally, that this could lead to. It might be tough but tell your friend to stop.
