Need more information. Do you want to call him? Do you like him or are you trying to get rid of him? If you like him but feel like he should be the one calling you (this is my standpoint) then give him your number and tell him to "man-up and make the first move". If you don't like him, take his number, don't give him yours and then never call him. If he doesn't go away just tell him nicely that you aren't interested or lie - tell him you just started seeing someone. Good luck.

,,or what ever your case for having his # may have been but get it over with.
if you say you are not attracted to him at all he will get the message on not pursue you anymore.. (because his pride..or ego is now hurt an he has lost face)
unless he is one of those really persistent guys who just wants to get inyour pants.. these guys don;pt give up easily.. and really really! don;t care about your feelings what so ever.. so the push and push and push ..till they wear you down.. get what they want and then move on to the next conquest.
in this case completely ignore him.. never call !!..and ignore his presence when you see, him. it can basically be called sexual harassment , ..you don't have to be a victim to it.. get someone to kick his *** if things get out of hard.

Well do you want to call him? If not, say "I'm really sorry I can't call, but I'm omish and I don't have a phone. If we live close I could stand on my roof and yell for you to come over, if you'd like." Or, if you want to call him say "That sounds great I'll call you later."
