I don't know how to flirt... I'm a fifteen year old girl, and I'm not really close to any of my friends... there are guys that I am interested in, or just want to be friends with, and I want to flirt, but I don't know how. Help?

Flirting cannot be confused with seduction. Seduction includes sexual innuendos, hints, and displays that you are interested in an intimate encounter. Flirting should just make you attracted to the other person, keep that in mind, first of all.
The second part is simple. Compliments. If there is a guy you like throw him a compliment "I like your hair" "you look good in those jeans" "wow, you really aced that test" The key to making a compliment into a flirt, is eye contact. When you make eye contact, give a compliment, and there is chemistry, it becomes a flirt rather than just a nice thing to say.
Secondly, don't compliment too much, or you'll seem clingy and desperate. Say something nice every conversation or every time you run into him. Don't blabber "Those are great shoes, they really bring out your eye color, not that I can even notice your eyes because you're butt looks so great in those jeans, it must take your muscular arms a lot of time to brush you're gorgeous hair" Just keep it cool, keep it casual. The art of being a great flirt, is it is just friendly. You make people like you, thats all flirting is. Chemistry and circumstance does the rest. A truly great flirt like me :), makes a lot of friends and gets a few phone numbers.
Thirdly, try to steer clear of jokes/pick up lines. If you say something funny in the course of a conversation, do it, but don't say something funny just to strike up a conversation. What usually happens is you say something that IS funny, but the timing is off, and it comes off creepy....Just compliments, save the jokes and wisecracks for an actual convo.
'm genuine and well meaning when I give a compliment, I never say anything I don't mean. When a girl feels comfortable enough around me, I get phone numbers. I'm not even good looking, but I do pretty well.
Now, if I could just get the phone number of someone sane and articulate, but that's a whole different question.
That was a great question by the way, you really came across very clear, I'm impressed. For a 15 year old girl, you're much smarter than most of the adults on here.

just be your self go up to him and talk most guys would like a girl to do that just think what if he likes you but does not know how to flirt figured that out this year 15 also...

well someitmes it is REALLY easy to flirt...the way that i flirt with a guy i like is kinda become their buddy. i like this one guy...but i dont know if he likes me...so b4 i liked him..we werent very close...but now...i am getting closer and closer to him....friends wise. DO NOT get all pushy or to much flirty...like dont compliment him A LOT just enough to where he thinks you like him..but isnt to sure...

Be yourself. Start hanging out with them more, and be a little silly sometimes, but not alot because they might get annoyed.

ur 15 nd dont know how to flirt???........well there's no specific wayy to it. evrybody has their own ways of flirting! for me its just being extra friendly!!!.....u'll figure it out sooner or later!
