i think a cheater can change but it takes alot. They need to meet the right person that they want to be with and only with. Im not saying everyone can change, but some of them.

First of all life is not a fantasy. People cannot help but be attracted sexually to other people. Change your moral view and except the person for who they are. If they like to have sex with other people, don't judge the person, judge yourself. Are you a the type that can have a relationship with a person that has sex with other people? If the answer is no, then you're in for a tough future. Shift the focus on the person and your love for them no matter what they do or how they act and you will have unlocked unconditional love. Good luck!

anyone can change the problem is that most people don't i used to be a heavy drug abuser but I'm a totally different person now which is odd, i was 1 out of 26 that decided to quit, so there's an idea of how many people will actually change, this isn't entirely accurate

No its not true. Some will say it depends on the situation, but either it is or it isnt. It is not true because everyone has the power to change. Some people either a) dont want to b) dont notice what they are doing c) dont care

I think that it depends on the person. If that person really cared about the person they cheated on and vowed to never do it again I say they changed for the better.
