Getting adequate sleep does improve hair growth. Also, when you go to bed put your hair into a bun on the top of your head. This prevents hair breakage when you move around at night. Only blowdry if you need to, blowdrying dries hair out which leads to split ends. Brush your hair daily to massage the follicle and encourge hair growth. Also, massaging the top of your hair sends blood to your roots producing an oil that grows hair.

I'm not completely sure, but have heard somewhere that a good diet & enough hours beauty sleep = healthy hair. Hair will grow faster when it's healthy.

If sleep is related to hair growth, my husband should have hair down to his bum.
