does green tea have all the same benfits to your body if you put sugar in it? its gross without it. i usually drink it daily.

It would not have the same benefits, the chemical structure would be tempered with.

Even if the benefits were the same, I still wouldn't do it because that sugar will have no benefits to you excpet add a little fat.

It's beneficial if you drink it without sugar but there are green teas in cans you can buy from stores that taste really good. But I don't think a little sugar will hurt you. Good luck!

Sugar is sugar and green tea is green tea. The benefits may be diminished when your body has to deal with the sugar.

I use to drink my tea and my coffee without any sugar.
Try it for a while and you will feel the difference.

i mix the green tea with other drinks that i like. i also buy the green tea drops and add them to my favoriate beverages..yes it takes awhile for one to acquire a taste for green tea

I don't see why not. I wouldn't drink it without sugar b/c yeah it does taste bad without it!
