Has anyone tried the 6 week Body Makeover? Does it work?

For what it's worth, the As Seen on TV store at the mall went out of business so you be the judge. However, I will say that I bought a lint roller for pet hair, etc. that was ASOTV and it works exceptionally well.

It is an expensive ($159 base), gimmick-based program that basically tells you to eat healthy and exercise. Keep your money and do just that. Try to avoid weight loss programs that promise "fast," "easy," or "quick" results. If long-term weight loss was this straight-forward, The "6 Week Body Makeover" would be a house-hold name and sold in mainstream stores instead of obscure websites and infomercials.

I don't know what item you're referring to, but generally those Body Make Over devices make claims ONLY when they are used in tandem with other regular exercise and a regulated diet. No one device alone is going to change you much. A device PLUS a change in your lifestyle might, however.

i have bought some of that stuff . not this make over thing but other stuff and it all worked. like this starfirt can opener thats fantastic. the knifes are good . the furniture stripper is good.
the machine things are not as good .
