Has anyone tried the 6 week Body Makeover? Does it work?

yes I tried it when it first came out like 5 yrs ago and I can tell you IT can work but it takes a lot of dedication...the meals are smal and healthy and you have to want to do it as with any diet....It is not a miracle cure as they make it sound on tv it is WORK!! Try it it just might be what you need
