NOooooooooooooooooooooo! Toss it! Chunk it into the big can! But do NOT eat it!
You've got a can of food poisoning in your hand...just put it down and walk away.

Usually canned foods that are spoiled have botulism, which is one food borne illness you dont want to get. I would just throw it away because even if its still edible its not worth the risk

Actually the answer is yes. It may not taste very good but if you cook it long enough at a high enough temperature you will kill any harmful bacteria. My advice is don't eat it if you don't have to eat it.

By this time by now, if you eat them you will most likely end up in the hospital for mold and bacteria

No way you should use it. In other canned foods, that is vegetables and fruits, they usually ''pre'' date it by 3 months, but a non veg, no no. Throw it away.

When it comes to food, I always say; "When in doubt, DON'T!!!"
If you suspect that your food could be spoiled or contaminated, don't eat it, it is not worth risking your health.

I would say no. If it is past the expiration date (especially meat!) then just let it go.
