Green tea has excellent antioxidant protection for your body- however, is no solution for weight loss.
You don't lose weight by drinking lemon water or tea (unless you're replacing the 64oz big gulps of soda you used to drink).
You lose weight by living a healthier lifestyle- which includes a good, balanced diet (not a fast) and regular and consistent exercise.

I prefer green tea. It boosts your metabolism, plus it puts a protective coating on your teeth. Green tea is great for many things.

i'v tried chinese green tea and it worked well for me. as far as lemon, it can work if you just do the excercises, yuk. drinking hot water is the same as drinking cold water. plenty of water helps too.

think green tea I have read that if you drink a hot cup with meals that is pushed the fats through your system faster but who knows if that is true but couldnt hurt to try it
