There is this guy I like we were friends in highschool and I never told him how I felt about him. I havent seen him in about a year but if i do see him do you think I should tell him how i feel or just move on

Tell him!! There was something special about him back then, it might still be there. Some people grow up after high school, if you see him and still feel the same, just ask him out and see where things go. If it goes well, it was worth asking, if not then at least you got to catch up on the last year of your lives....youmay be on the same path....

Yes sometimes the person that is right for you tends to come along to early, and everything deserves a second chance, people are not flawless and nothing is perfect so always take that fact in consideration when making an important decision.
