so i am in love with this girl who has some problems in her current situation. we hit it off on every single level. amazing isnt the word, its ten times stronger. so here i am, a working guy who has gone through having cancer at the age of 21 and now 7 yrs. later....im LIVING (which is great!) and working my dream job which i had to bust my butt to get to the top of my profession. now i was offered a job to where i would have to relocate. so i gave them an offer i knew they would turn down, which they did, but i also think i did it b/c of her. so would you ever turn down something GREAT b/c you wanted to wait and see if you could catch the person of your dreams? or do you say no to that, and just go on with your life? my choice was to stay where i am at and wait to see what happens with her current situation. i am rolling the dice, and i love her, and i want her, but right now i cant have her but i believe in my heart...that day will come. am i crazy for taking this risk?

You should take the job, she will follow.

Yes and no.
What you should have done was talk to her about it and let her give you her opinion. Her feeling about it, would have let you know exactly where the relationship is heading.
It's great that you turned down the job for love but if things don't play out was it worth it (no one really knows).
If you can live with the decision with no regrets, then great. If you are good at what you do, I'm sure that another offer is not far away.
It just depends on what life has in store for you and what your looking for.

Doing it for love is never wrong. But doing it in hopes of getting love is wrong.

You dont know whats going to happen in the future. You should have talked to her about it and seen if you two would be able to work things out with eachother.

But since you two were never together to begin with and she's not feeling the same way for you as you are for her, then you should have gone with your job.
