i have talked to her about this guy. she just needs a pick me up. we are still good friends and i just want her to know that i am here for her.

You could give her an inspirational saying or quote but have you thought about talking to you friend about her guy, sometimes that works better than anything else.

she should know that guys wont always be there for you but your girls will always be there.....so the quote could be
