Probably have a good chance of going if you are in the right service, navy for puerto rico or navy or air force for spain, if you can find out what the main mission of thoes bases are and join for that. For example if they have an Air fuel tanker base in spain you may want to sign as a fuel tech.

I live in Puerto Rico and yes there are bases here.. about getting stationed it all depends on your situation and the type of job you have. Speak with your recruit officer and see if he can help you. Maybe you could get lucky, but with the things happening In Iraq its very difficult

Yes there are bases there. After your first enlistment you pick where you want to go based on the need of your specific title.

No there is no way to get stationed where you want. You go where they need your MOS! You are no different than a tank or a desk!
