I'm already skinny, but I want to get rid of that extra bit that sticks out from my pants when I sit.
It looks weird.
So what can I do?
I already do about 200 side crunches everynight..
So what else?

If you believe it's fat then do Cardio - about a half hour a day should be enough. If you want to try other tummy exercises look around online - I know that Yahoo! Health have plenty in the Fitness section.

Train With Me Online has lots of abs exercises also AND it's free.

My cousin is a personal trainer. I just had a baby and took her advice...it seems to be working...

Basically, cardio and a low fat diet are the best things you can do for your abs. Sit-ups won't do much because while they build muscle, they don't get rid of the fat around your middle...and the fat will always mask the muscle. Abs are also genetic, so not everyone will have a "six pack" no matter how many sit-ups they do! I've been running and watching what I eat...seven months after giving birth and I've pretty much lost all the post baby fat. Good luck!

Aside from a tummy tuck I think you doing the crunches should be fine. Maybe try a exercise ball while watching TV.

You can do crunches, and you can join a gym and use their ab machines, and you can use an exercise ball, and you can try swimming!! I love swimming the best.

sign up to a gym i did this they have some fab ab weight machines just do what weight you seriously working for me my stomach is looking sweet don't knock it before you tried it my motto but can take weeks to start seeing improvement good luck
