This is a tough situation, but if you want it to end you need to be upfront and honest about your feelings. First tell your friend that you don't feel that it's appropriate that you flirt with a guy you said you liked. It's disrespectful.
Second there is no shame in telling that guy that you like him. You are going to have a lot of crushes on a lot of guys. It's part of growing up, and there is no reason to hide it. I say tell the guy you like him.
The real issue is that friend of yours though. If she can't respect the way you feel, then tell her to buzz off. Life it too short for fake friends.

She is insecure. Girls/Women who openly flirt with boys/men, when they know another is interested have issues where they need to prove they are more desirable than their friends.
Tell your friend to knock it off!
Why don't you want to tell the boy you like him? If you do, he will most likely see what she's doing and start to back away from her flirting. No one is a mind reader, if he doesn't know you like him, he's not doing anything wrong by letting her flirt. It goes both ways...
This is something you'll never get away from, so either stand up and let them know it bothers you, or sit and take it.

If you really are friends, you need to ask her outright, whether or not she likes him as well.
If she does like him, try to be understanding. It seems like you're above flirting (which honest guys respect), so don't try to beat her to the punch and "take him first." If he doesn't initiate the relationship, it won't last. The guy has to make the first move. Savvy?
If she doesn't like him, nicely explain to her how you feel. You'd appreciate it if she'd just lay off a bit!

The first thing to do is talk to the girl if she continues then you might as well talk to the guy you like and tell him the way you feel you got nothing to lose if he likes you then you guys are end up going out if he doesn't there's more fish on the sea

No offense but if you don't want to tell him you like him than she's already 1 up on you. Who knows though maybe they are just going to be friends if their just talking. You should try to start up a relationship of any sort with him to see his position in the matter.

OMG this happens all the time they are called ''backstabbers''. You know what you have to do you have to go up to that girl and tell her how you fell but do it nicely those girls would backstabb you even more if you give them an attitude.Tell her what you fell and ask her why she is doing it! If it continues flirt with the guy make her suffer (lol)..then lets see what happens ..i hope it works out.

It sounds like this guy is not even into your friend. Tell her how you feel; Hopefully, if she is a good friend, then she will back off. If your friend keeps flirting with him ten maybe you should get friends who will respect your feelings.
If all else fails...flirt with him too!
This guy is obviously not into your friend and he calls her names! So take a risk and start flirting with him!!! Who knows...maybe he was mean to her because he was waiting for you to come around!
