Something like this:

Congrats to all you young people on your accomplishment. Even sixty years ago most people didn't graduate High School due to work requirements. Now you have acquired some basic learning skills which will help you to earn more money and have a happier potential future.

If you still enjoy learning now its time to go to college or university. Try to learn and do well when you get there. Also try to find what really excites you ! What you enjoy. Then do that and become good at it. If you really enjoy it, becoming good at it should happen easily. The luckiest people are the ones who find what they enjoy and get paid to do it. Don't worry if it takes a few years to find it. Don't worry about doing an extra year if you decide to change majors.
