To wake from one morning where that sore and swollen ankle is gone from me for all times, chest hernia and ulcer gone from me at all times. My freedom have not be found as yet to be that free agent as I so wish. That strong building of mind, body and spirit.

Ten years ago I tore all the tendons from the outside of my right ankle. I was slated to work in Dublin that summer and on the last Monday in June they cut my cast off. My doctor told me they would schedule surgery in September to place a plate to finish the repair. I left for Dublin in serious pain and walking with a cane.

To make a long story short a month later a friend and I visited St. Bridget's well near Kildare Town. I dipped my ankle in and ...no surgery, no arthritis. My doc can't explain it.

Visit her well, Bridget has been helping and healing there for thousands of years now. Have faith, I'm glad I did!
