Baz ~
In my opinion, this fight would be a lopsided affair with Barry winning a unanimous decision. Naz had absolutely no business in there with a actual top ten fighter, my good friends in England like to point to his destruction of Kevin Kelly, Kevin was shot ten years ago after his wars with Troy Dorsey. I highly recommend Baz if ever get the opportunity to watch his fights with Troy watch them you will be amazed by both fighters.
Barry was so much more controlled than "Naz" as soon as Hamed would throw his left hand and miss he would be off balance, Barry would be right on top of him banging to the body and head. Barry's body attack was right up there with any top Mexican at the time.
I've sparred with Barry right after his loss to "Little" Stevie Cruz and Barry applies constant hard pressure and although he was easy to hit, he came back with some really hard shots and never was off balance, he always shot an angle and was ready to let the punches rip.
These are two fighters, both in different leagues and between the two, Barry was in a league of his own.
Thanks for the question Baz.

Hamed replaced spectacular into an extraordinarily promptly, flashy, unorthodox boxer, as properly the uncomplicated fact that i do now no longer understand if he had what it took on a similar time as the going have been given quite complicated. He won 35 fights, 31 by KO and beat some quite solid combatants, as properly the uncomplicated fact that on a similar time as he fought the large Marco Antonio Barrera, a guy who wasn't located off by his showboating and did now no longer provide way on a similar time as being hit he lost. After that he had one extra advantageous wrestle, a dreary factors win, and retired at age 28. Juan Manuel Marquez is a guy who can dig deep and that i'm constructive he might make Hamed dig deep too. He has additionally crushed a miles better ideal severe high quality of opposition, Barrera, Juan Diaz, Joel Casamayor, Michael Katsidis, and shall we now no longer forget the two fights with Manny Pacquiao, one draw and one loss yet many felt he deserved to win the two. i think of of Marquez might have definitely that little bit extra advantageous and take a UD over Hamed. Marquez UD12.

Nice question sir and I think both Santana and Brent are accurate with their opinions. McGuigan is a much tougher and serious fighter than Hamed ever was. Hamed had a lot of speed and flash but would not be able to endure the power shots especially to the body from McGuigan as this would slow him down and allow McGuigan to gain control of the fight. I'm picking McGuigan to wear him down and to knock him out in the 11th round.

This just my opinion but I think Naz tried to copy Roy Jones Jr. as far as fighting style went. The only problem with that is you got to have the talent of a Jones Jr. to pull it off. Naz with his hands held low before and after throwing punches finishing off balance as a result not being able to follow up with effective combinations would spell doom matched against McGuigan. Yeah McGuigan was easy to hit but he was as tough as nails and threw punches in combination to body and head as result of him having and finishing on balance. I think McGuigan busts up Naz and wins a impressive unanimous decision maybe even TKO's him. Just like after the Barrera fight you would see Naz fall off the "boxing" map.
