I need helping keeping good shape and tips on how to dance pain freely. my hips and joints seem to be getting exremely achey and im only 15. i just dont want to do something that will ruin my career. so if anyone has tips on how to keep joints and bones from popping and hurting please help.

I would go on a high protein/low-card diet. You need the energy.

As for the pain, it's part of dancing. Musicians struggle with joint and tendon pain in their hands.
