I really think that's a good product and use it frequently. It does leave my hair feeling clean and full. Some people think it can't be good because it's inexpensive, however, it works well and many of my friends feel Vo5 is excellent. No matter what hair product I purchase I always go back to Vo5. I have spent a ton of money on all those supposedly high end products that do the same thing that Vo5 does. Really if you are using Vo5 you're on the right track for gaining healthy beautiful hair for a low cost. Good Luck!

it's probably got silicones in it that damage your hair - most commercial shampoos and conditioners do x

found a website that says these VO5 products don't have silicone in -

VO5 Extra Body Conditioner
VO5 Nourishing Tea Therapy Conditioner
VO5 Smoothing Strawberries & Cream Conditioner
VO5 Revitializing Creamy Fresh Peaches Conditioner
VO5 Herbal Tangerine Trickle Conditioner
VO5 Herbal Free me Freesia Conditioner

vo5 rather isn't a large shampoo. even nonetheless it would scent solid and be at a real looking fee, interior the long-term, it could make the common of your hair decline. flow with some thing which would be a splash extra high priced, yet extra ideal on your hair variety.

No its not damaging, I highly recommend it on all types of hair. The conditioners are among the best I have ever used, without over-conditioning (making it feel oily or maybe not conditioning enough)

i have super long hair and have been through most types of treament/shampoo's/conditioner/ serums....u name it.
i dont rate V05 and found it dried out my hair more than nourish it.
I like panten but lately they have changed thier fomula and im not so pleased. old formula panten was the best.
as for serum, try paul mitchel super skinny, smells great and is really good overall.
