Yes. I just pause and ask God to save me from being angry and it works.

Very simple to do. The overall point you have to consider is the outcome. Being angry doesn't change the outcome of a situation. In fact, it can make it worse. Experience proves a rational, analytical and mature approach to any given ordeal or crisis provides less stress and a better success rate at a resolution. Don't get me wrong, people can and do become angry, but it's the action based on that anger. Control is the key point.

I get irritated very easily but it takes a lot to bring me to full blown anger. Then I become a raging maniac. The doctor said it is because of my anxiety disorder so hopefully the Xanax and Prozac will help.

I'm terrible at controlling my anger, but I'm starting to get better at it. When I get angry and lose control, I jus try to think about it from an outsider's perspective. That makes me realize I'm getting nowhere positive by being angry over something. It's just wasting energy, upsetting other people, stressing me out and making the matter I'm angry over even worse.

No, I really can't control my anger unless I really think about it, which I am working on now. I mean, not RIGHT now, as I'm not angry about anything, but if I was angry right now I would really have to calm myself down so as not to throw a full-on hissy fit. I think it's just my temperament. I don't know if all those stereotypes about different nationalities' tempers are true or not, but I'm part Italian, part Spanish, part Irish, and part German, and they're all known to have exquisitely bad tempers, so maybe that's why.

for me.. it is so hard for me to get angry..because I always try to find the ways to avoid the situations that can make me angry..
however, I sometimes get angry .. and of course I can manage to control quite easily... I always try to...

I guess it is somewhat concern with individual personality..

What my concern is " Angry is not good for our health or soul" Being angry is the same as that you are being lose .

I always try not to angry and control it easily so that I can ever " win".

Probably not the best thing to do, but I take it out on something. Usually I just keep it in, though, and think about it and stay mad until I can take it out on something.
