I have some target areas that I need to get fit before the weather gets warmer.......target areas....arms, tummy, thighs, and butt. Any suggestions on a proper routine to get quick results. I am also eatting healthy, so thats not the problem.

You'll start to feel the results within the first week and probably see results in about 2 weeks. When you first start losing weight, you lose water, so it looks like you're losing a lot. Make sure not to do the same exersizes every day, switch them up so you can really challenge your body. And don't pay attention to the scale....judge your progress with your clothes and how long it takes before they start feeling like they don't fit.

I would give it a couple months before seeing results on the scale. 30 minutes isn't going to burn enough calories to do anything much sooner than that.

Be patient, keep at it.
