I need a clarification on "Moderate Islam"?

According to Islam: America is the "great satan." Anyone that does not accept the Islamic faith is an infidel. According to Islam all infidels must be "killed." Are the "extemists" operating out of a different book or are there scriptures in the quran that teach against homocide bombings in the name of Allah. Zionism seems to be the greatest concern of Imams. They boldly state that they support someone who would kill innocent women and children and somehow justify it by misquoting histories mass killings. As if to say "they killed millions, we are only killing thousands to make our point." Eye for an eye kind of stuff? It is not even ok to think about killing one person to make a point. Christian extremists pick out of the Bible what they want to believe and ignore the rest. Would it be suffice to say that Muslim extremists are doing the same? If so, what are the scriptures that would override what the homocide bombers believe?

First of my friend. America wasnt anywhere when Islam was finalised. so it cannot be what ur saying. it may be saying of some Muslim but that doenst mean that Islam is saying that america is a satan.

Islam is definitely NOT a violent religion..
Allah says in Quran that anyone who kills a human being (regardless of religion) is in fact killing whole of humanity. And He also orders the Muslims to respect people of other religion and not to hurt them.

which means that Islam is never against any religion. it tells us to respect religion and to respect other people. the only problem is that these extremists are just damaging the image of Islam. they are in fact not even following the real meaning of 'Jihad'. the word means 'struggle' and Allah & our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has said that the biggest 'Jihad' is the one against one's own negative wishes and not against people of other religion.

My request.. Please dont be confused by what these extremists are doing. read the translation of Quran and u wil find out the real concept and ideology yourself. ur most welcome to understand Islam.

You've forgotten about all the poor Lebanese women and children and the poor Palestinain children and women who are getting killed every day by the Zionists. Yes Islam says infidels need to be killed ONLY IN WAR. Also the Zionists need to quit pushing the poor Palestinains into Syria. They've already stolen enough of our land. Christians can live in a Muslim country however they must pay a tax to the Muslim governemnt in order to live there.

When you say according to Islam, you have to give me a reference to prove your statement.

neither the quran nor the hadeeth, the two center points of reference in Islam say anyone, let alone a country, is the "great satan".

According to Islam, all infidels are not killed. They are to be shunned for their infidel behaviours. The action is shunned not the person per se.

Sadly, all of what you said is agreed by many Muslims in the world today. But it is not Islam, nor Quran that justifies violence and extremism.

109: 1 - Say: O disbelievers!
109: 2 - I worship not that which you worship.
109: 3 - Nor will you worship that which I worship.
109: 4 - And I shall not worship that which you are worshipping.

I emphazise on the last verse... The homocide bombers probably don't even read the Quran.... They are usually brainwashed into committing violence in the name of Islam.

However, he ran from them when they rejected him and he went to Medina. The people there were simple and gullible. They supported Mohamed and so the verses he wrote there were very aggressive. Moderates follow the Mecca verses, but under threat, they can turn to the aggressive ones.

It has been suggested that we should follow the policy of Gandhi to free our planet from terrorism. I think such a policy would only lead to coerced subjugation of the rest of the world, and slavery, and abject misery for billions.

Here is a British man trying to get the violent, fundamentalist Islamanazis to moderate their self-destructive behaviors, and they aren't having any of it. What Mr. Solomon still hasn't accepted is that FANATICS of ANY flavor CANNOT be negotiated with--they are ideologically incapable of adjustment to a changing world--that's what makes them fanatics! THEY WILL NEVER STOP! They are locked into their course of action. Islamunists kill people who try to convert to another religion and philosophy.

Just remember, it MUST be EFFECTIVE. Also, remember that Palestinian Islamanazis won't even recognize Israel as a legitimate government. They support the extermination of all Israeli Jews, and actively practice Jihad. So, once again, tell me how to take care of this problem.
