It is their own subconscious doubts and fears that keep some from having personal experiences. And those who try and try, but never succeed, are the most destructive to spiritual teaching.
Because they get cynical, and crap on thier iown beliefs, which
hurts the spiritul paths of those they come into contact with.

To me, it just means that not everyone's cut out to see a miracle, or anything supernatural, at this point in their lives!
