About 3 hours ago I took some boneless ribs out of the freezer and they are thawing out on the counter for dinner tonight. I have a bottle of barbeque sauce I want to cook them in... should I put them in a glass dish and bake them in the oven, and if so for how long? Or do I need to do it some other way?

If you are looking for the easiest way, that will still taste good, do them in the oven. Put them in that glass dish of yours, and cover them with the barbecue sauce. I personally would add a little cajun seasoning and lime, if you want a more southwest taste. Put them in a 250 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours. They should come out real tender.

I marinate mine in worchestershire for a couple of hours. Place thinly sliced onions on top. Cover and bake in oven at 325 for 1 & 1/2 hours. Remove and cover with barbecue sauce and cook, uncovered, for another 30 minutes.

The Best Boneless Ribs:

2¼ hours 5 min prep
3-5 servings

1/3 cup ketchup
3/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce

1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a slow boil. Simmer for 45 minutes.
2. Double wrap ribs in aluminum foil, place in a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours in a 350*F oven.
3. Remove ribs from the aluminum foil.
4. Place ribs and sauce in a roaster and bake uncovered for 45 minutes in a 350*F oven.

you have to boil them first until they look grey...and then put them in the oven an hour then put the BBQ on them ...then finish cooking them in the glass dish for a half hour

ummmm...............last time i checked, ribs ARE bones.
actually, you are going about it in the right direction. if it was wamer outside, i would probably grill them instead. heck, grill 'em anyway. and lay the bbq sauce to them
