My husband's great aunt is passing. This is his own Grandmother's twin sister. Is it appropriate to send a sympathy card to my husband's Grandmother, when it's also my husband's own relative that passed? These ladies are in their 90s and this death will just be very hard on his Grandmother, especially when it is not only a sibling, but her twin.

Definitely yes. The only time that one might not want to send a card would be at the passing of a parent and the siblings wanted an answer to this question. A sister would not send her sister a card at the passing of their mother.
The aunt who is dying is a relative, but not of equal station (for a lack of a better word) to his grandmother as she is to him.

Sending a sympathy card is not only appropriate, but very considerate and thoughtful.Your husbands Grandmother will be very appreciative, you took the time, to care enough to get a card, and showed that you were thinking of her loss. A card is something that she can look at, and can give her some comfort. It was a nice gesture.

Yes send a card from you and your husband. It is his relative; however, not an immediate parent or sibling. She will probably take comfort in your thoughtfulness.

I think it's always nice to send a sympathy card.

I am going out tomo to break up relationships. Is that appropriate? I don't care. I just hope my real valentine doesn't find out. He will be out of town. Do you think riding a mechanical bull without a bra will cause men to look my way?
