Anybody have any suggestions how to build muscle fast? I have no butt and ugly legs....help!

you have the rack... now do the squats.

deadlifts are also great for the butt and legs.

GO OUT!

Move your butt outside of your tv room and start running. If you cannot run, then walk But OUTSIDE
