You probably just dehydrated your body(lost a lot of water weight). You didn't lose 14 pounds of fat at once, but if you keep up the exercise and eat less calories than your body needs for the day, you will continue to lose weight at an even rate. I lost 60 pounds in two months from running and diet!! you can try calorieking.com....they tell you exactly how many calories to eat everday...but you have to join for 45$ a month...it is soooo worth it, though!!!! You also learn how to eat the right things...after a while, fruits and vegetables are really delicious...i know that sounds grouse if you eat a lot of sugary foods...good luck and I pray God will bless you and be with you during your struggles!

Don't obsess - you shouldn't weigh yourself before and after a workout. Only weigh yourself once a week, or if you have to weigh yourself daily then average your weights - (if you weigh 5 days in a row then write those numbers down add them and divide by 5)

Not really. Did you sweat an excessive amount? Go the bathroom maybe? In any case, you can't lose fat that fast, so it was probably water weight. Otherwise, I'd say that the scale is off.
