Somebody please tell me why you should use cold water to rinse out conditioner?

It seals the cuticle of the hair which makes it smoother.

Hot water rinses out too much of the conditioner.

Hot water takes out the moisture, that's why hot baths or showers may relax you but you need to put moisturizer on ASAP so you don't lose you natural skins moisture.
