Lent is a man-made ritual;it is not in the bible I was catholic and it was a waste of time.God wants our faith not our little habbits being broke.You should have those habbits broke all year long for God not for lent.

Nah, I don't believe in a lot of aspects of Catholicism anymore. It was crammed down my throat as a child, and now that I've done more research I've found that I just can't practice it for another day.

I am not clahtic but to tell you you should give up the alcohol because its bad for your body but i am thinking about giving up popcorn even though i don't need to give up anything.
