For burglary one needs to prove the person (1) entered a building as a (2) trespasser with the (3) intent to thieve commit criminal damage or rape. Parts of a building are included. There are also offenes of aggravated burglary where tools may be accarried or weapons of offence carried or used. For robbery violence or the threat of violence is necessary to steal or attempt to steal..( No building or trespass is needed.)
