All depemds on the man. SOme men will yell when they orgasm and some don't I yell at times when I orgasm while masturbating, because it feels so good!

People are different. Some are loud, some are quiet. Yes orgasms feel good for men (if they didn't we wouldn't be so damn horny all the time).

However, in my experience it is by no means universal for women to be noisy.
