Get µTorrent from here http://www.utorrent.com/ save it into a folder of its own. Run µTorrent and open the torrent file from within the program. It will ask you where you want to save the download. Just point it to a location where you want to save the downloaded file, then go make some coffee for yourself while your torrent is downloading. ;-)

You will need to download a program to use the torrent. Go to google or Yahoo and search for a program called Azureus. Go to their homepagea nd download and install it. Now you will be able to use torrents.

You need to have a torrent client, such as azureus, utorrent, etc. The client does the work of downloading the file you want. The torrent file itself is simply a "map", telling the client where to get the file.

Get an app called uTorrent (www.utorrent.com) and that will get the files. When you get the file DO NOT CLOSE uTORRENT. You must upload the file to others as well (it's called 'seeding'). Bittorrent helps you share files over then internet over p2p (like Kazaa).
