Yes, and very well. Friends often ask for fried chicken, a gumbo-like dish called mankiller, and my BBQ ribs. I just yesterday had a request for my chicken and dumplings.
I give cooking lessons, have written a cookbook, and cater events like weddings and seminars. I also bake and my dessert specialty is croquembouche (french cream puffs) . I make them in several flavors like amaretto, lemon and ginger, candied roses and whatever is appropriate for the occasion. I am also know for my coffee ice cream made from coffee brewed with cream rather than water.

I love to cook ... in fact when my daughter starts Kindergarten I plan on going to Culinary School just to learn how to cook better ... it's fun & exciting ... I'd have to say my specialty is Stir Frys ... any type of veggies, meat and rice ... I can pretty much make anything out of my Wok ... Bacon Fried Rice, Chicken Low Mein, Won Tons ... etc ... I guess the Japanese comes out of me when I cook ... lol ... !

Of course I can cook. I don't have any one specialty I like to try lots of new recipies. I make a pretty good Gumbo though also chicken and dumplins. I don't like to cook lots of desserts because I'm not real big on sweets. I do make a pretty good cheesecake .

My specialty is lasagna, also corned beef with baby red potatoes and cabbage, also I make a mean pot of collard/mustard greens with smothered porkchops and homemade macaroni and cheese. Yeah you would want to marry me! :)

I cook, I love to cook. I love egg plant parmesan, and really good steaks and chicken. Big fan of spaghetti squash too.

Yes I can, and quite well actually. My specialty? I'd have to say pork. Everyone I know, loves when I cook pork. You can cut it with a fork. (hee hee)

I can cook - mostly mediterranean cuisine. My specialty is garlic chicken with squash - or paella, but there really isn't a way to screw up paella.
