Sure. Anyone can, for all the good it does.

In an emergency, anyone can baptize anyone if their intent is clear. Absent an emergency, it's better to have a person from the clergy baptize the child but, again, the Catholics and almost all other Christians will recognize any Christian baptism - it doesn't have to be a Catholic priest, for example, to have the Catholics recognize the validity of it. The involvement of clergy does raise the issue of why you are doing it. If you can convince them that your motives are sound, there shouldn't be a problem.

First of all, I am not sure what you mean by a "Free union Couple", I am guessing this means that the parents are not married.

For specifics I encourage you to ask your Priest. Let me put it this way, I have been to one (that I know of) Baptism where the parents of the baby were not married.
