I AM THE COOKING FAILURE of a life-time. Every girlfriend I had tried to teach me. But I cannot keep 3 pots and the oven going at the same time.... all to be finished at the same time.
But I can change the head gasket of a car in the driveway, in winter, in one day. 27 pieces removed and replaced without thinking. Perhaps the human brain has its limitations in some people.
Some very intelligent doctors and lawyers and business minds cannot learn English very well. (I am a teacher). Go figure?
YES ALL MEN SHOULD LEARN early on in life, not just when it's time to help out your wife/girlfriend. My 12 yr old son can cook several things, very well. Thank God my problem is not hereditary!

Everyone should have a certain
amount of culinary education
its a poor show when people
cant even put a basic meal together
for themselves,I am male and have been
competant in the kitchen for years 11-12yrs old
37now !im not a chef or cook by any means
but i do not fall to peices if i have to cook for myself,all you need is basic common sense
and after all you are the one whos going to eat what you prepared and cooked,if its yuk awful ,The next time
you will learn to cook it better,otherwise you are eating yuk awful again,lol

yes most men know how to cook and women dont... Im in a cooking class and the majority of the class is men. I personally think that men should learn how to cook, I would love to sit down for a meal and I didn't have to cook any of it

Yes. cos if the lady wants a dinner out and doesn't cook, he can do it himself and save the amount for beer... LOL
Women think that cooking and washing sucks while men think that their boss sucks. Why don't we learn to stop nagging?
Let women learn all the things that man needs to do and let the man learn all the things that a woman needs to do. Then they would require each other only for sex.

I think men should learn to cook. There may come a time in his life when he has to rely on himself to cook those meals, unless he makes lots of money. It can get very expensive eating out every meal.

YES. I regret not learning 20 years ago. We must first learn to enjoy it... and that can only come from a teacher that can show us the simplicity and joy.
NO MAN will just learn on his own. It's time consuming, and a frozen dinner for two costs just 4 bucks.

IN my view man should definately learn to cook as now a days both wife n husband r working.
