Where are the Good Jazz Jam sessions in Los Angeles County?

Im a jazz pianist just back on the scene after coming out of depression with my Art.. and want to jam around town again to get my name out. But its been some years and I know some of the clubs move around so where are some clubs? I want to jam on the weekends and week nights... can someone help me?
