I am not ugly. I have a lot of friends who love me and think that i am beautiful. He has told me he's liked me and he has told the other girls that he has liked me. I don't know. He has just gotten out of a relationship and needs a month to think. How do I keep the eyes on me???

Play hard to get. Its human nature to always want what you cant have. So if he thinks he cant have you, he is going to want you more. Tell him you arent going to be waiting around forever and then go out and have a good time. Make sure he somehow finds out about it.

Everyone hates to hear about "playing games". But the truth is... Angel Eve is right. The best way to get someone's attention, is to give them very little.
They need enough to know they can chase you, without making a fool of themselves. Beyond that, show little interest.
In your case, let all those girls know you like him too. Make eye contact once or twice and smile. And then be aloof.

Give him some breathing space but let him know that you are there for him if he needs to talk. Dont push it, he has said he likes you so just let things take their natural course.
